Two things set the cost: which structures you choose, and how many you build. Structures start at ₹99,000 for a Girigiri Tent. For a full property, plan on roughly ₹11 L per unit. That covers the structure, its deck, the interiors, and a share of the roads, power and water. Once we have surveyed your site, you get a costed plan for your own land.

There is no fixed minimum. What you need comes down to three things: how many units you want, how much space you want between them, and room for the approach, parking and service areas that make a property work. We measure this against your own site during the survey.

Most projects take 60 to 90 days from start to handover. That covers planning, installation, the interior fit-out and the final handover. What moves the figure is site conditions and how much infrastructure your land still needs.

Usually, yes. What applies depends on your state, how your land is classified and your local authority. We check this during the site survey, tell you what your project is likely to need, and prepare the drawings and documents the applications ask for.

That depends on numbers only you can set: your nightly rate, how often you are booked, what running the site costs you and what you spend on setup. Which structures you choose matters far less. Whatever it shows is an illustrative estimate, not a promise or guarantee, and it leaves out land, approvals, site development, financing, GST and management fees. Yes, and it is worth doing. Every structure is installed and furnished at our Bangalore centre. It is open Monday to Saturday, 1:00 to 6:30 pm, by advance booking.
